These are just a small fraction of the 150 or so bulbs Andrew and I planted last fall. This garden runs along the side of the garage and it's a nice bit of color as you approach our house.
Sunday was gorgeous. Amazing. Beautiful. Temps in the high 60's and sunny. So, after sleeping in a little, we took Raven to Alum Creeek Dog Park. It's north of Polaris on the other side of town. It's a drive, but we love taking Raven there. She's a big drama queen. She always gets 5 or 6 male dogs to chase her all over and then she lays down and I swear she laughs at them! I need to get that on video someday. In the meantime, here she is burning off energy she'd been saving since August.
It seems she forgot that she's a retriever and she needs to retrieve what we tell her to. A few rounds of "Get the ball" resulted in us asking a yellow Lab to fetch our toy. Raven would swim out halfway and come right back, wagging like she accoplished something. Good try Raven, but no cigar.
