If you found out you were making HALF the money that other people around you make for doing the exact same job, at comparable success rates, what would you do?

Ask for a review at either the 3 month or 6 month mark and state the reasons why I deserve a raise.

Acknowledge that perhaps I came into the job with less knowledge than others, but have gained quickly in the amount of time spent on the job.

Back it up with whatever evidence you can!

Ditto D. Outline all the things you've done in the time you've been there, and present them as a reason to request a raises. But whatever you do, DON'T compare yourself to others! It will backfire.
